Hello, I’m Mrs. Laycock, and I live in Darwen. I absolutely love being the cook at St. Joseph’s!

My day starts bright and early, helping out at Breakfast Club before heading into the kitchen to prepare all the delicious school dinners. I really enjoy making sure the children have tasty, homemade meals to enjoy each day.

In my spare time, I love getting creative and making celebration cakes. I also love spending quality time with my husband and our two boys, which always makes me very happy.
